Seeing God’s Hand in All We Do
If you have experienced water, fire or mold damage to your Multi-Family property, you have come to the right place. Our desire is to walk with you each step of the way through the recovery process.
Above everything else, we care about and desire to help people all over the middle Tennessee area. We understand the complexities and sensitivity of dealing with casualty loss recovery issues and how to balance the interest of both the property owner and building occupants. When you call on Paramount, you can expect us to utilize all of our power and resources to assist you.
Fellowship
We believe that deep bonds are formed when we are in the thick of the fight together. Those shared battles are what give us the dedication to care for our team mates, clients and vendors when circumstances are difficult.
Faith
We approach every aspect of our work faithfully and see ourselves as stewards of each task given to us by teammates, clients and vendors. We are reliable and perform consistently when called upon. Christ is the foundation of everything we do.
Opportunity
We invest in our people, teach them the skills they need to be leaders and always want to promote from within. We prioritize character over skill in building our team, because skills can be taught and character is a mindset built over long periods of time.
Teamwork
We trust each other and hold each other accountable. Since we know that God is a God of order, we trust Him to direct our actions to look out for one another in chaotic situations. We are dedicated to craftsmanship and the quality of each job speaks for all of us.
Selflessness
We share the load and put others before ourselves. We don’t believe that caring and kindness makes us weak, but rather demonstrates our inner strength.
Our Team
Our people are our difference. We desire to be a strong partner with you through each step of the casualty loss recovery process—and get you back in business.
