Mold losses are serious and sensitive in nature. They often pose issues for property owners long after the “initial” loss, simply due to improper handling by an inadequately trained or uninformed cleaning tech.
Paramount recognizes that there can be fear around these types of losses. We educate owners and occupants alike in regard to the facts and information required to make decisions. Paramount has successfully remediated hundreds of commercial mold losses. We are well trained and experienced in IICRC and EPA abatement and remediation protocols, as well as New York City Guidelines for schools and commercial buildings. While all three of these publications are well recognized and accepted in the remediation industry, each is independent and takes is own approach to various conditions. We advise utilizing the more stringent of the 3 as each relates to a customer’s particular mold loss. We also work with independent Environmental Engineers and Industrial Hygienists for inspections, air sampling, scope of work planning and post remediation clearance certification.
